- Take three relaxed and connected belly breaths by expanding your belly on the in breath and tightening your belly muscles slightly on your out breath.
- On your next outbreath create a pleasant hmmm sound.
- Experiment with different pitches and intensity of hmmm on your out breaths.
- You can bring to mind an issue or potential or create a wonder question with your hmmm.
