Find Your Feet
This practice supports you in presencing yourself exactly where you are at any time.
How to do it
- Internally ask yourself to notice your feet.
- Notice the contact of your feet as they contact the floor through your shoes, or skin.
- Try shifting your weight or wiggling your toes to expand your experience of your feet.
- Feel your feet firmly on the ground. Imagine the earth’s energy connecting with you through your feet. Imagine yourself rooted and ‘here.’
