The Habit of Cultivating New Stories
Every Day
April 3, 2025 12:30pm Pacific
This Big Leap Bridge class explores and supports forming a daily habit of engaging with Hendricks practices and processes. Many of the body based tools that Gay and Katie Hendricks teach work instantly, yet it’s in the repetition — aka regular re-commitment — and play that big shifts become an ongoing experience while old patterns dissolve and new, chosen stories can arise and be nourished through the power of attention and sensitive awareness.
Before co-creating the Cultivating New Stories for Humanity Daily Planner and Exploration Journal, Patrick and Sibylle each created daily practices for themselves, weaving Hendricks tools with other modalities. The experience and insights gained from that approach informed their design choices for the Planner and Exploration Journal.
In this class:
- They will share how they incorporated some of their favorite tools into everyday routines to support re-commitment and play
- You will explore how you could use the Planner and Exploration journal to more easefully and regularly engage with your personal evolutionary growth of giving and receiving more love everyday
- You are invited to bring your questions about the Cultivating New Stories for Humanity Daily Planner and Exploration Journal.Whether you use the planner or not, join us to discover which of the Hendricks tools you want to choose in support of a habit of cultivating new stories — for yourself and for humanity — every day!
