Grief and Mourning
Circle
March 27, 10:00am Pacific
Anyone grieving a loss or losses is invited to join this Circle event. In the context of Gay and Katie’s work, we offer a space to authentically express what you are experiencing and connect with others who are grieving. Join us if you have questions about your grief experience or you simply want to be in an welcoming space for whatever you bring. Many people who attended our previous Circles reported tangible benefits from connecting with others who are grieving and so we wanted to make it a recurring event.
Michael Deloughery is a Restoring Resourcefulness Faculty Founder and plans to offer 4 of these Grief and Mourning Circles in 2025. This Big Leap Bridge call is not recorded.
We will:
• Share experiences and insights about loss in a context of wholeness.
• Explore how practices like breathing and presencing support us.
• Express what is true for you without judgement.
This Circle will be offered again on June 26th, September 25th, December 11th and we will use the same Zoom link.
