Fear Melters® Testimonial
The other night I woke up in the middle of the night from a tense dream, a nightmare. Laying there in bed, feeling my body so nervous and activated I went directly into doing Fear Melters® right there, in bed. I started with Ooze and Wiggling with a bit of extra shaking while I breathed slowly and deeply. Then I got up and planted my feet on the floor, doing Root, while I continued with some more Ooze movements and Love Scoops. My mind and my imagination calmed down as my body settled. I felt myself return home to presence, and was able to get back to sleep quickly.
