Appreciate (you too) invites bringing awareness both to the space around you and others. Attention is a gift, and when you actively choose where to focus it, you engage in the amazing art of appreciating.

How to do it

  • Take a deep, easy breath
  • Turn your attention to the space around you and give something your full awareness and appreciation.
  • Bring your awareness to yourself, notice something inside of you, such as body sensations or emotions, that you can embrace with your appreciation.
  • Repeat a few times.
