Allowing yourself to breathe easy is a simple way to reset your breathing and increase your circulation. You will also create a sense of well being.

How to do it
- Fully exhale through your nose (or mouth) and tighten your belly slightly.
- Once you let go of your breath completely, relax your belly muscles and take an easy breath in through your nose. (or mouth).
- Repeat 2 or more times.
