Breathe Easy

Allowing yourself to breathe easy is a simple way to reset your breathing and increase your circulation. You will also create a sense of well being.

How to do it

  1.     Fully exhale through your nose (or mouth) and tighten your belly slightly.
  2.     Once you let go of your breath completely, relax your belly muscles and take an easy breath in through your nose. (or mouth).
  3.     Repeat 2 or more times.
