Chunk (fewer words)

Using fewer words to express what you want to say makes communicating more fun and effective. It allows the other person to absorb what you are saying in a more accessible and enjoyable way.

How to do it

  1. Pause before expressing and take a couple of relaxed, conneccted belly breaths.
  2. Express in one-two out breaths.
  3. Pause and breathe, and notice how your communication is landing.
  4. Express more of what you want to say and pause after a couple of outbreaths to check in with how your communication is being received.
