Fear Melters (Ooze, Root, Wiggle, Love Scoops)

Using Fear Melters® to presence yourself  is a way to bring you back to agency when you experience disconnection from yourself and others. These simple yet powerful body movements are a portal to connection with ourselves and others. 

How to do it

  1. OOZE: Begin to move slowly as if you are seaweed in the ocean. Ooze your arms, shoulders, and hips and even your jaw.
  2. ROOT: Widen your stance and relax your knees. Let your toes spread out as you imagine beautiful roots extending from your feet into the nourishment of the earth. Imagine the earth’s energy infusing you with aliveness here and now.
  3. WIGGLE: Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes, then move to other parts until you have a wonderful wiggle rippling through your body.
  4. LOVE SCOOPS: Reach your arms out around you as if you are gathering energy and love towards you. Be sure to land the love on your body by touching your head, chest, or wherever love is wanted.
