Find Your Feet

This practice supports you in presencing yourself exactly where you are at any time.

How to do it

  1. Internally ask yourself to notice your feet.
  2. Notice the contact of your feet as they contact the floor through your shoes, or skin.
  3. Try shifting your weight or wiggling your toes to expand your experience of your feet.
  4. Feel your feet firmly on the ground. Imagine the earth’s energy connecting with you through your feet. Imagine yourself rooted and ‘here.’
