How to do it

  1. Take a deep belly breath and exhale with a Hmmm sound through the entire out breath.
  2. Try different, pleasurable ways of making the Hmmm sound.
  3. Bring an item or potential to mind as you’re hmmming.
  4. Continue to take belly breaths and make the Hmmm sound.
  5. Notice what arises in you, in them and between you.
