Give Yourself a Drop of Love

Often when people turn their attention towards themselves they look for what’s wrong. When you pause and give yourself loving attention, you generate deep presence. Squeezing imaginary drops of love on yourself engages your body which supports integration of self love.

How to do it

  1. Take a belly breath and release your breath.
  2. Imagine some place or person that you know you love, and allow the love to move from your heart into your hands.
  3. Imagine that you have a dropper of love in your hands and squeeze the drops of love anywhere you’d like on your body.
