When you circulate your curious attention between you and someone else, you will develop a deeper experience of connection with your environment/others.
How to do it
- Notice a body sensation or feeling inside of yourself.
- Shift your curious attention to someone or something aound you.
- Notice something about the person’s posture, breathing or state of being or something in the space around you.
- Bring your awareness back to yourself and notice something else.
- Once again bring your attention to someone or something around you.
- Bring your awareness back to yourself and notice any shifts.
