Loop/Shift Attention

When you circulate your curious attention between you and someone else, you will develop a deeper experience of connection with your environment/others.

How to do it

  1. Notice a body sensation or feeling inside of yourself.
  2. Shift your curious attention to someone or something aound you.
  3. Notice something about the person’s posture, breathing or state of being or something in the space around you.
  4. Bring your awareness back to yourself and notice something else.
  5. Once again bring your attention to someone or something around you.
  6. Bring your awareness back to yourself and notice any shifts.
