Wonder will open you up to possibilities and a deeper sense of knowing what you most want.

How to do it

  1. Choose a situation or issue to consider.
  2. Take a few slow and deep belly breaths.
  3. On your next breath create a pleasant “hmm” sound as you exhale through your nose.
  4. Let the “hmm” generate a sense of wonder throughout your body.
  5. Ask yourself what you really want for this issue or situation and notice your body sensations.
  6. Keep breathing and wondering until you experience a new awareness and if you don’t, take a rest from your wonder and come back to it again later.
