How to do it
- Choose a situation or issue to consider.
- Take a few slow and deep belly breaths.
- On your next breath create a pleasant “hmm” sound as you exhale through your nose.
- Let the “hmm” generate a sense of wonder throughout your body.
- Ask yourself what you really want for this issue or situation and notice your body sensations.
- Keep breathing and wondering until you experience a new awareness and if you don’t, take a rest from your wonder and come back to it again later.
