The Gift of Savoring 3/15/21
In today’s session, Katie invites us to love ourselves by savoring as we give attention to ourselves and our surroundings. We learn to take a few breaths as we notice the quality of attention we are giving ourselves. Katie asks us to notice how our attention follows our breathing, by imagining that we are bringing the universal breath in, gathering it into our lungs and then circulating it through our bodies. We learn to savor a leisurely pace with out attention. Watch the call to learn more.
