Breathing and Moving our Attention 11/14/22
Today Katie shared an image with the community that illustrates circulation that we can use to inspire our Loop of Awareness practice. You can notice your attention flowing through and around you and then through and around another, and then back to you. Katie shares that with practice, we can generate flow in the space between and as we practice, the space between becomes available for connection. We also practiced adding breath and movement and noticing how that affects our flow.
