Creating a Practice 11/7/22
In today’s call Katie suggests that we create a Loop of Awareness practice to play with daily. We begin with simply shifting our attention outwards and then inwards and noticing how we are doing that. Katie suggests we move from focusing our attention through our eyes to our heart and belly. We practice letting our heart open outward and then inward and noticing the impact. Next we play with dropping our attention down to our belly, placing our hands on our belly, and letting our attention move from our belly to our hands and then back and noticing how that is
