Finding Your Attention Rhythm 11/28/22
Today Katie introduces the idea that we can play with attention by trying on different experiences with tossing balls. What does ping-pong feel like in your body? Our community tries on badminton as well and then begins to get curious about how we are gathering our attention today. Katie invites us to ask ourselves whether we are willing to choose where we give our attention. We play with directing our attention versus having our attention grabbed and taken somewhere.
