Today Katie shares one of the benefits of practicing Loop of Awareness—choosing where you put your attention. The simple practice of shifting your attention not only refreshes, but also leads to the felt experience of having choice. In Loop of Awareness, we are shifting our sensitive awareness, which wakes up choosing where we attend, rather than having our attention caught.
