Looping Kindness 7/25/22
Today Katie shares about how Loop of Awareness lets us refresh our attention; “When I shift my attention, my perspective expands”. Katie suggests that if we can shift our attention by choice we become more effective, and that looping is one of the easiest ways to connect with others while remaining in touch with ourselves. We practice adding kindness to our loops. Every Monday Katie offers a practice to increase our capacity to give and receive love using the tools of Loop of Awareness and Love Scooping.
