Playing with Posture 8/29/22


Loop of Awareness is a practice of shifting our attention which expands our ability to choose how we want to use our attention. Katie invites us to give attention to ourselves and then shift our posture and move our attention out to something around us. We played with repeating this practice, continuing to notice what happens when we shift our posture as we shift our attention. Katie invites us to try different rhythms and paces to see what we notice. Every Monday Katie offers a practice to increase our capacity to give and receive love using the tools of Loop of Awareness and Love Scooping. Watch the video to learn more.
