Presencing Through Wiggling and Jiggling 7/19/21
Today Katie suggested that when we feel stuck-ness in our bodies, rather than pushing hard or blaming or criticizing ourselves, we can add a jiggle-wiggle and open up some space. She invited us to be gentle with ourselves especially in the stuck places. Katie also suggested that we look at what is behind what we are seeing in ourselves or in the world and to get curious about what is going on underneath the surface and aim some gentle wiggling and jiggling attention towards it.
