Rhythm and Flow 6/6/22


Today Katie shares with us about the incredible value of presence and choosing to be a vehicle of deep presence. We practiced the concept of rhythm and played with moving our arms with no rhythm and noticing what that feels like, and then we add a slight pause and create a rhythm that feels good in our body. Next Katie suggested we give our attention to allowing flow, rather than ‘trying’ or ‘making things flow’ and we play with using our whole bodies by trying on different dance rhythms.
