Are you in harmony with yourself, and how can you use that alignment to create space both inside and around you? Katie invites us to notice somewhere where we feel spacious inside us, and than notice what happens to our breath. Notice something around you, and if you find something that is tighter or condensed, notice what happens to your breath. Katie suggests noticing a place in your body that feels dense and bring a pleasant hmmmm sound with curiosity and breath, and then notice somewhere you are feeling spacious. Then let your attention move between the tight and the spacious place.
