The Bouncy House of Love 4/17/23


Today Katie invites us to check where in our bodies we are open to receive and whether there are parts of our body that are not open to the nourishment of attention. Katie shares about the four ways that we experience fear and to notice how each feels in our bodies and also how fear blocks us from being able to receive. We played with imagining ourselves in a bouncy house so that we can experience lighthearted play with bouncing love all around and through us.
