Letting Attention Soak In

Katie begins today by sharing about how most of us have stories about being wrong to want or need attention. She invites us to think of attention as a primary source of nourishment like food, water and breath. Next we play with the varying shapes of our attention, and Katie asks us to try on different shapes, like clouds drifting across the sky or a lava lamp bubbling up. We then try shifting something in our bodies to open up new possibilities for receiving attention and to play with letting the attention soak in.

Every Monday Katie offers a practice to increase our capacity to give and receive love using the tools of Loop of Awareness and Love Scooping. Katie also introduces a practice from the Presence-Connect-Play app. Watch the video to learn more.
