Katie begins today’s practice by mentioning that attention creates a context that can be felt. One of the great benefits of doing Loop of Awareness is that you create a little bubble of warmth and radiance that you can bring wherever you connect. Shifting your attention can create a sense of a nice long out breath with an ‘ahhhhhh.’ Next Katie suggests that you play with noticing something in the space around you and then bringing its quality back to you then following its movement in your inner landscape.
