Today Katie begins by sharing a concept from meditation practice of ‘Back to One,’ a meditation term which means coming back to home base and recommitting to the practice, especially free of self criticism. Next she shares that because of the fear trance, people tend to have a narrow view of life, and as you practice your loop of awareness, you will experience more space in your viewpoint. Katie suggests that shifting our attention can be as simple as breathing–you can bring your attention in with your in breath and out with the release of your breath.
