Being a Lantern of Love 6/27/22
Today Katie invites participants to think of someone or some place that you know you love until you are having the experience of loving, and then give attention to where you feel that in your body. Let yourself gather some of the energy of love around you and scoop it up and bring it into your love pool. You might scoop some love into your back and shoulders where you might be feeling anger. Anger is a powerful force that you can use to create something new so that you can be a lantern of love rather than reacting in fear.
