The Value of Loop of Awareness and Love Scoops 5/17/21

Katie mentioned that circulating our attention gives us an experience of presence. Katie shared with us about the rhythm of attention. She asked us to experiment with putting our attention on the screen in front of us and noticing what happens. When our attention goes out completely, we often hold our breath. She then suggested that we bring our attention to someone on the screen and then take a breath, which automatically supports us in coming back into ourselves.
