Waltzing with Attention 3/28/22


Today Katie invites you to notice how you are shifting your attention, by catching when you get stuck in your own head, or looking at something around you and then interrupting the pattern. Katie suggests adding a little pause when you shift your attention, like a waltz, “out, two three, in, two three” allows your attention to land fully and spread. The pause supports us in a deep experience of presence. Every Monday Katie offers a practice to increase our capacity to give and receive love using the tools of Loop of Awareness and Love Scooping.
