Our colleague Cath Laporte has created these fun animations that can help children and the young at heart have a visual of Fear Melters®.
The four fear types are Flee, Freeze, Fight, and Faint, and the four Fear Melters® (shift moves) are: Root, Wiggle, Ooze, and Love Scoops.
