Generating Coherence 8/21/23

 

Today we explore expanding our felt sense of wholeness. Katie suggests that when we give attention we often focus only on the particular item or person that we are giving our attention to without noticing the surrounding environment. Katie invites us to notice something in the immediate space around us and then allow our attention to shift to what is behind it, and to the sides of it to include the surrounding. Then we bring our attention back to ourselves and let it land somewhere inside and play with expanding our awareness to include more that is happening around and inside of us.
