Shape, Pace, Rhythm and Intention 1/29/24

 

Today Katie begins our practice by reminding us that Loop of Awareness and Love Scoops support presence and connection. Katie invites you to imagine that attention is showering over you and then to notice how your body responds. Katie also asks you to consider what shape you might like to send your attention out with. You might send your attention out like a ping-pong ball, or a fan, Next, you can play with the pace and the rhythm that you want your attention flowing and lastly Katie suggests adding an intention to your attention, for instance, curiosity or appreciation. You can create a daily practice with any of these options.

Every Monday Katie offers a practice to increase our capacity to give and receive love using the tools of Loop of Awareness and Love Scooping. Katie also shares practices from our Integrity Deck which offers you an opportunity to expand your experience of wholeness through integrity skills.
