A Meditation in Action 2/5/24


Today Katie suggests that you can bring welcoming love scoops to yourself at any time. You can wrap yourself up in love, which is a way to be fully with yourself. Katie invites you to try having the rhythm of your attention be like a very slow swing, allowing it to go out, and then letting it come back gently to yourself. Katie invites you to come even more home to yourself with this rhythm by letting your attention go into the world, and then back to yourself in ways that delight you.
