Looping Jellyfish Attention 7/22/24

 

Katie begins by inviting you to celebrate that you are here to give and receive love and attention. She suggests that when people give attention to themselves that often they notice what is wrong. Katie asks you to identify where in your body you typically notice contraction or heavy feelings and then to bring a gentle jellyfish motion kind of attention to that area and notice what happens. You can also notice when you bring your attention out, whether you feel more open. Katie also shares about the integrity skill of claiming creativity through responding rather than reacting.
