The Nutrition of Flow 7/31/23


Today Katie begins by inviting us to look around us and find something or someone engaging to give our attention to, then to love scoop up some of that juiciness and bring it in to somewhere in our body that’s calling for connection. Next we pause to allow that nutrient to absorb fully before repeating the cycle. We also experiment with internal tossing between spaciousness and tight places. When we allow ourselves to presence our experience we create a rich sense of pause and rooting.
