Appreciating and loving oneself creates the experience of self-forgiveness

My name is Liz, and I feel like the most transformational thing that
occurred for me in my life is to be able to find the gentle voice within me
that allowed me to forgive myself and in the process allowed me to forgive
other people. So if things don’t go right for me and I say, “Oh my god what
did I do,” I hear myself criticizing myself or shouting at myself at that
moment. OK, I can forgive myself. And I can love myself for doing whatever
I was doing right now and move on. It allows me to go through that process
so much easier now. And, yeah, I enjoy that. Thank you.
