Receiving from the Sea of Love 12/5/22

In today’s practice, our colleagues Darlene Bellis and Michele Yasuda lead our community in a practice of opening up to receive from the beauty of the ocean. Michele shares a video that Katie created for the community inviting us into her view in Maui where she is vacationing. Darlene invites us to consider how large a container we are bringing to the ocean to scoop love with.
