Sweeping our Awareness 5/22/23
Today Katie shares another fun way to practice our Loop of Awareness. First Katie suggests letting your attention do a gentle sweep of your surroundings and and then come home to yourself and sweep your insides. You can sweep your environment with your hands or your eyes, and continue to play with different ways to sweep your attention inside yourself and your surroundings. Notice as you are sweeping and landing that you are adding a rich sensory experience for you to enjoy.
